Hans van der Kruijf (Amsterdam, 1957) has a long history in photography. He started to make pictures with a Kodak Instamatic at the streets of Amsterdam when he was 10 years old. His first real camera was a Nikkormat with a bunch of Nikon lenses.  After walking the line from the heavy Nikon F2’s and F3’s to the digital Nikon-world, he recently returned back to good old analog photography with his secondhand Hasselblads.
Streetphotography in Amsterdam is still his usual territory, but the landscapes of the Netherlands and France are also his favorite subjects.  As a generalist, Hans also excels in portraits, sport and documentary photography.
